How much does delivery cost?
Delivery cost varies by location, starting as low as $149. During online booking there’s a dropdown that shows your exact amount. For less common drop-off points, text us and we can help with specific pricing!
What’s the delivery cost for South Carlsbad and San Elijo State Beach?
The delivery/setup/pickup service for South Carlsbad State Beach and San Elijo State Beach is $149.
How does the deposit and cancellation policy work?
A $100 deposit blocks off your trailer or RV. Cancel up until 3 weeks before your reservation for a refund. Cancel after that and we automatically credit your account with 50% of your payment, good for up to 1 year.
What’s the minimum stay?
Minimum stay is as low as 2 nights. Summers and holidays have a 3-night minimum — however, during those times we can offer 2 nights priced at the 3-night rate.
Delivery & Setup
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all surrounding San Diego area campgrounds, with exclusive access to San Diego State Beach campgrounds and Santee Lakes!
Do I need a tow vehicle?
No tow vehicle needed for delivery! We also allow pickup if you have a tow vehicle, and we have drivable RVs available.
Do I need to be there to meet you for delivery?
No, we have access to the park just before check-in time through our permit with the State. Deliveries are between 12:45-3pm. The rental will be fully set up, door unlocked, keys on the table. You do not need to wait for us on day of pickup — we ask that you leave the rental in the same condition it was when you arrived, door unlocked and keys inside.
Do you deliver to homes or private property?
Yes, we deliver to homes and private properties! Text us for a custom quote.
During Your Stay
What’s included in the rental?
Our travel trailers and RVs include an outdoor mat and RV-safe toilet paper. They do NOT come stocked with linens or kitchenware, so bring your own!
Do you provide RV toilet paper?
Yes, RV toilet paper is provided.
Am I responsible for emptying the holding and sewer tanks?
Tank sanitation is included upon return of the rental. We are not responsible for the tanks at any time during your stay. It is your responsibility to monitor all tank levels and conserve if not at a full hookup site.
Can I rent a generator?
We have generators available for $40 per night. They come fully gassed and locked to the outside of the unit. It is your responsibility to refill with regular gasoline as needed during your stay.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in for the State parks is 2pm. We have a 10am checkout time on all rentals — late checkout until 11am is allowed if requested, no extra fee. Santee Lakes is a mandatory 10am checkout.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome! There is no extra fee associated. We also ask that they are not left unattended inside the rental unit at any time.
Is there a TV in the rental?
All rentals have a smart TV. No DVD player is included. We are not responsible for your WiFi service.
Insurance
Is insurance required?
No insurance required on deliveries! On pickups, we offer 3rd-party insurance, or you can provide a binder from your own insurance company if they offer it — usually the most cost-effective option.
