Seasonal Pricing:
– Low Season (September 1 – May 31): $189/night | 3 night minimum | 100 miles/day included | Extra miles $0.49/mile
– High Season & Select Holidays (June 1 – August 31 plus Christmas week through New Years, Thanksgiving weekend): $219/night | 3 night minimum | 100 miles/day included | Extra miles $0.49/mile

Rental Policies:
– Reservation Deposit: $100 required to confirm. Refundable (less $25 admin fee) if cancelled more than 30 days before departure. Non-refundable if cancelled 30 days or less before departure.
– Rental Payments: Paid in full 21 days prior to departure. Non-refundable if cancelled 21 days or less before departure. Non-refundable deposits entitled to 50% credit toward future booking within 12 months.
– Security/Damage Deposit: $2,000
– RV Rental Insurance: Required. Renter may use their own auto insurance policy if it provides liability and collision coverage, or purchase coverage through us for a small nightly fee at time of reservation.
– Miscellaneous: Unit delivered full of water, fuel and propane. One-time sanitation/prep fee includes final dumping, holding tank sanitation, exterior cleaning and starter kit of RV toilet paper and chemicals. Coach must be returned with interior clean and tidy or additional cleaning fee may be charged.
– Mileage & Generator: Each rental includes 100 free miles per paid rental night. Additional miles are $0.49/mile. Pick-up and delivery fuel and miles not included. Includes 4 hours FREE generator use per rental night. Additional generator use is $4/hour payable upon return.
– Check-Out Procedure: Renter will receive full orientation of all onboard systems. Detailed written inspection conducted prior to departure. Copy of each operator’s drivers license required.
– Roadside Assistance: We strongly recommend adding Roadside Assistance & Travel Protection Plan. Provides 24-hour roadside assistance, technical support, and full-service concierge for travel assistance.
