Rental Requirements:

For motorhomes and towed trailers, the renter must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, be at least 25 years of age, and have good credit. Any additional drivers must also be at least 25 years of age and present on the scheduled departure date with their valid driver’s license. A special driver’s license is NOT required.

After selecting an RV, enter your planned pick-up and return dates, or for a trailer drop-off and pick-up dates. You get a RV rental quote good for 72 hours. If you like what you see, click on “Reserve Now” and complete the reservation request process.

Rental Payments and Cancellations:

A $100 reservation deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Reservation deposit is refundable (less $50 administrative fee) if reservation is cancelled more than 21 days or more before departure. All rentals must be paid in full 21 days prior to departure or be subject to cancellation. All payments by personal check(s) must be received by us a minimum of 10 business days in advance of when due. Rental payments are non-refundable if cancelled 21 days or less prior to departure date. Non-refundable reservation deposits and rental charges are entitled to 50% credit of the rental toward a future booking anytime during the next twelve months (subject to availability).

Security Deposit:

A security deposit of $1500 for motorhomes or $500 for trailers is required to cover minor repairs, additional overage fees and/or insurance deductible if necessary.

RV Rental Insurance:

Renter must provide an proof of insurance (liability and collision) prior to departure. We offer our guests with insurance coverage from a third-party insurer for a small nightly fee which you can choose when you make your reservation.

Insurance is not required for RVs being delivered.


Each renter will receive their rental RV with water, propane, and fuel. A one time sanitation/prep fee includes disinfecting interior surfaces, holding tank sanitation, exterior cleaning and a starter kit of RV toilet paper and chemicals. Coach must be returned with the interior clean and tidy or additional cleaning fee may be charged.

Please be aware our rentals are NOT stocked. We do not supply linens or kitchenware in our trailers.  We will provide RV specific toilet paper. Please do not flush anything else in the toilets as it will clog and can cause damage.

Mileage & Generator Use:

Motorhomes receive 100 free miles per paid rental night. Additional miles are .40/mile. Travel trailers get unlimited miles.  You will receive four hours of free generator use per rental night for motorhomes.  Each additional hour of generator use is just $4/hour payable upon return. Rented portable generators have unlimited hours.

Roadside Assistance & Travel Protection Plan:

We strongly recommend adding Roadside Assistance Protection Plan to your reservation. It provides 24 hour roadside assistance, 24 hour technical support in the event of onboard system questions/problems and even full-service concierge for travel assistance.

Departure Check-Out Appointment:

Call us 48 hours prior to departure to confirm a time for your departure appointment. Standard times for departure appointments are scheduled from 2pm – 5pm subject to coach availability. Each renter will receive an orientation of the rental coach including operation of all onboard systems. A detailed written inspection and digital photos of the rental coach will also be done with the renter prior to departure. A copy of each operator’s drivers license will be made.

Return Check-In Appointment:

Your coach is due back by 12 noon on the return date. Late returns can be requested and we are happy to accommodate subject to rental departure by another guest. Unauthorized late returns may be charged 50% of the nightly fee and will be charged an additional night if not returned by 5pm.


Smoking is NOT allowed in the rental motor homes.


We love pets but they do require prior approval.


Towing is only allowed on select motorhomes with  prior approval. Additional towing/hitch fees may apply.

Roof Access:

Access to the vehicles roof is forbidden. Customers are responsible for any roof damage.

Travel Restrictions:

Our rental vehicles are NOT allowed in Mexico.

Traffic/Parking Violations:

Customers are responsible for reporting and payment of all parking/traffic/toll violations at rental termination. Non-reporting of parking/traffic violations breaches the Rental Contract and will result in an administrative charge of up to $100 in addition to the fines.

Problems During Your Rental:

In the unlikely event you experience questions or problems during your trip, simply call us during regular business hours at the number provided for professional technical advise or support as needed. In most cases, we are able to walk you through the problem to a successful outcome – allowing you to quickly and easily continue to enjoy your vacation. We strongly recommend our optional 24/7 Roadside and RV Technical Assistance Plan for 24/7 protection.

Trailer Delivery and Return Policy:

Trailers will usually be delivered to campsites between 1pm – 3pm. Make sure we have the correct campsite number and name is under. Trailers will be picked up at 11am on return date. Excessively dirty interior may result in extra cleaning fees. There are no refunds or credits on early returns.
