Security/Damage Deposit: A security deposit of $2000 is required to cover minor repairs, additional overage fees and/or insurance deductible if necessary.

RV Rental Insurance: Renter must provide an proof of insurance (liability and collision) prior to departure. We offer our guests with insurance coverage from a third-party insurer for a small nightly fee which you can choose when you make your reservation.

Miscellaneous: Each renter will receive their rental RV coach full of water, fuel & propane. A one time sanitation/prep fee includes final dumping, holding tank sanitation, exterior cleaning and a starter kit of RV toilet paper and chemicals. Coach must be returned with the interior clean and tidy or additional cleaning fee may be charged.

Check-Out Procedure: Each renter will receive an orientation of the rental coach including operation of all onboard systems. A detailed written inspection of the rental coach will also be conducted by the renter prior to departure. A copy of each operator’s drivers license will be made.

Mileage & Generator Use: Each rental includes 100 free miles per paid rental night. Additional miles are .49/mile. Pick-up and delivery fuel and miles not included. You will receive four (4) hours of FREE generator use per rental night. If you have full hook-ups at your camp site, then you will probably not need to run your generator much at all. Each additional hour of generator use is just $4/hour payable upon return.

Roadside Assistance & Travel Protection Plan: We strongly recommend adding Roadside Assistance Protection Plan to your reservation. It provides 24 hour roadside assistance, 24 hour technical support in the event of onboard system questions/problems and even full-service concierge for travel assistance.

A one time sanitation/prep fee includes final dumping, holding tank sanitation, exterior cleaning and a starter kit of RV toilet paper and chemicals. Coach must be returned with the interior clean and tidy or additional cleaning fee may be charged.  We do offer our cleaning services for a small fee.

Roadside Assistance & Travel Protection Plan: We strongly recommend adding Roadside Assistance Protection Plan to your reservation. It provides 24 hour roadside assistance and technical support in the event of onboard system questions/problems and even full-service concierge for travel assistance.

Brake Controller: All Travel Trailers have electric brakes. As such, it is REQUIRED that your truck/SUV have a brake controller

Tow Hitch: (for none delivered trailers) In order to rent a travel trailer, your truck/SUV must have a receiver hitch and wiring for a 7-pin round plug. We also provide complete hookup instructions of the trailer to your truck/SUV.

Mileage Charges: There are no mileage charges for travel trailers.

This Model is our value RV for those renters that don’t mind an older vehicle that has been thru quite a few rentals, but you save with the cost.  The vehicle is still maintained well for safety, however the wear does show on this vehicle, so it’s not for the renter that is looking to impress there friends, but perhaps value over aesthetics!

The spacious layout of this 32.5 foot vehicle with 2 slideouts lends itself to both a enjoyable travel and sleeping environment. With a Queen sofa pull out, Queen master bed, Queen overhead bunk and a dinette sleeper, this Motorhome can comfortably sleep 7-8 adults making it a perfect choice for group travel and larger families.

The open kitchen format has ample counter space to prepare your favorite meals and enjoy at the U-shape dinette. The main cabin has an HDMI compatible TV as does the main master for evening time entertainment.

You will receive four (4) hours of FREE generator use per rental night. If you have full hook-ups at your camp site, then you will probably not need to run your generator much at all. Each additional hour of generator use is just $4/hour payable upon return.
